It bugs me when people say "my husband & best friend," meaning the same person. Even worse when it's a 50-year-old woman who's a 3rd wife & only married for a couple of years. Don't you have someone you've known since high school? an old roommate or colleague? For heaven's sake, who do you talk to about your husband? My husband is my husband, and my best friend is my best friend.
